The Road to Hāna Foundation is recognized as a 508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Organization and operates under the protections and provisions afforded by U.S. law to such entities. Ownership of The Road to Hāna Foundation is hereby vested in the Founders and Officers in perpetuity, unless and until such time as the Board of Directors of the Foundation, duly constituted and acting in accordance with its governing documents, formally dissolves the organization. All rights are reserved. No individual, organization, or entity may copy, distribute, reproduce, monetize, or otherwise profit, directly or indirectly, from the name, likeness, mission, or materials of the Foundation without the prior written consent of the Founders and Officers or the duly authorized governing board.
